AUDIENCE FEEDBACK OF FIRST DRAFTS.

In my audience feedback i want around my whole class and asked them what they thought of my magazine's cover, contents and double page. How it was set out and also my quality of photos. This is what i got back:

FRONT COVER:
For my front cover the image many people said that they felt it was out of focus and this wasnt due to editing this was due to my poor camera quality when taking the photo. I needed to enclude a barcode and price tag. My mast head was plain boring and needed to be much bigger to draw attention. My sell lines needed to be smaller on the left hand side. Overall my front cover page was far too busy and i wasnt happy with my orignal images. I want my magazine to have the same front cover look as 'Indie magazine':

This is what i am going for, so with my audience feedback for my front cover i have decided i am going to completely scratch my orginal photos and take some new photos and also remove a lot of advertising and keep my magazine simple and effective just like this magazine creates.

CONTENTS PAGE:
In my contents page many people said it felt like it was unfinished because of the white background and the words being spread out. Another reason is that i used the same person throughout my whole magazine and no other images. In my final magazine contents i will include other images to break my magazine up abit and make it look more realistic. It needs to reflect the style of my front cover my audience's said. This is where i can put my advertising. Not on the front cover as my magazine has the same approach as 'Indie Magazine'.

DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD:
My double page spread was said to look unfinished. my photos where muddled and in the audience feedback they said they felt they didnt know where to start reading or look. I dont want to give my readers this confusion so i need to think and construct a proper double page spread so that there is no confusion when reading it. My double page spread will be about the main model i chose for my front cover.
